Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation’s KASA US Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team seeks a senior E-commerce Sales Strategy Manager to own P&L across KitchenAid.com and related D2C channels. You will drive top-line growth, manage profitability, and lead data-driven initiatives with BI, CRM, and automation to differentiate the brand from retail partners.

The role requires 6+ years in Ecommerce/D2C strategy and a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred for further advancement.
• 6+ years in Ecommerce, D2C Strategy, Commercial Sales Management, and/or P&L ownership.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end P&L, product mix, spend, and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales outlooks and drive revenue growth.
• Define the commercial roadmap and demand capture strategies.
• Optimize D2C cost structures and differentiate KitchenAid.com from retail partners.
• Lead GTM operations with an emphasis on AI/automation and data-driven insights.
• Mentor cross-functional teams to execute promotional calendars and forecasting.
