Job summary

Quince is seeking a Senior Merchandising Manager, Home Decorating, to expand and manage the Home Decor product assortment. You will drive assortment strategy, set revenue and margin targets, and shape the growth trajectory of the category.

You will leverage data, work with sourcing and marketing, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, accessible luxury for Quince’s growing customer base.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of retail merchandising experience in the home decor category, preferably with luxury expertise.
• E-commerce and/or DTC experience preferred.
• 2-3+ years experience managing direct reports.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred

Responsibilities

• Own the Home Decorating assortment strategy, ensuring the category delivers on value and quality.
• Launch and expand new product types in year one (faux florals, seasonal décor, mirrors, storage, etc.).
• Utilize data and customer insights to optimize assortment, performance, and margins.
• Collaborate with sourcing, marketing, site, and creative teams for compelling launches and storytelling.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration as category expert and customer advocate.
