Qualifications

• Three years+ of end-to-end merchandising experience in procurement, demand forecasting and planning.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and written communications skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in cross-department work.
• Experience hiring and leading diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategic merchandise plans to maximize sales and manage P&L.
• Gathers market data from trade shows, customers, competitors and operations.
• Translates data into actionable market intelligence reporting.
• Forecasts product demand and determines future needs.
• Evaluates vendors and selects those that best fit merchandising strategy.
• Develops supplier relationships and negotiates contracts.
• Creates inventory plans and improves procurement processes.
• Monitors supplier performance and quality standards.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to execute strategies.
• Ensures adherence to legal guidelines.
