Responsibilities

• Develop and execute seasonal merchandising strategies for assigned categories.
• Assist in building assortments aligned with brand positioning and financial objectives.
• Recommend pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Manage product lifecycles from concept through end-of-life.
• Own designated product categories within the assortment and coordinate product setup and pricing.
• Build productive relationships with vendors and supplier partners; coordinate samples, timelines, and deliveries.
• Analyze customer purchasing behavior and market trends; identify opportunities to improve assortment and customer experience.
• Prepare business recaps and leadership presentations; monitor merchandising metrics and respond to business changes.
