Twelve Inc. in New York designs and builds premium merchandise and packaging for global brands. We seek a Senior Designer focused on promotional and custom programs to translate brand strategy into trend-driven product artwork and production-ready files.

The role collaborates across Creative, Development, and Production teams, balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency without compromising creativity.

Formación

• 8+ years of design experience, ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or accessories.
• Proficient in Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Dimensions/Substance a plus).
• Experience combining typography, graphics, and illustrations to create impactful product designs.
• Strong illustration, pattern-making, and typography skills.
• Experience preparing print-ready files, dielines, templates, tech packs, and post-production artwork.
• Ability to work non-destructively within other designers’ files and adapt to new files.
• Collaborative across teams while owning independent projects.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly communicative in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of AI tools to streamline workflows and strengthen analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Create trend-driven designs for commercial cosmetics merchandise aligned with brand identity.
• Produce production-ready templates and artwork files with technical accuracy for manufacturing.
• Ensure consistency across product collections by adhering to client branding guidelines.
• Conceptualize designs considering client preferences, target consumers, and industry trends.
• Maintain organized file structures for efficient design asset access.
• Execute Photoshop renderings, tech packs, dielines, and post-production artwork.
• Collaborate across Creative, Development, and Production teams to realize concepts.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail for quality artwork delivery.
• Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Support Twelve’s brand storytelling with internal marketing materials and decks.
• Stay updated on art, design, typography, and product development trends.
