Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive AEC industry experience.
• Explicit licensure or certification preferred (PE, CPD, FPE, RCDD) or >15 years experience in lieu of license.
• Advanced understanding of codes, standards, and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks and guide team members.
• Lead discipline-specific design for medium to large projects.
• Review complex designs, calculations, and simulations.
• Review submittals and shop drawings.
• Respond to RFIs and site issues.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Participate in project meetings with high-level input.
• Ensure delivery meets schedule and budget targets.
• Support workplan development and adjust for scope changes.
