Job summary

The role emphasizes mentoring junior engineers, leading design efforts, reviewing complex calculations, and ensuring delivery within schedule and budget, with periodic site visits and strong cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive AEC industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, or Communications Engineering.
• Licensure or certification preferred (PE, CPD, FPE, RCDD) or 15+ years experience in lieu of license.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks and mentor team members.
• Lead discipline-specific design for mid-to-large projects.
• Review complex designs, calculations, and shop drawings.
• Respond to RFIs and coordinate with clients.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Support project delivery within schedule and budget.
• Participate in client meetings with strong technical input.
