Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Senior MEP Systems Manager to drive successful completion of large-scale projects from start to finish. You will lead MEP coordination, submittals, and on-site installation across Low Voltage, Security, Fire Protection, and Controls systems.

The role requires guiding teams, reviewing codes and constructability, and managing procurement and close-out documentation. A strong leadership culture and safety commitment are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or 15+ years in a related field are required or preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in construction and managing MEP trades, with GC experience.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating MEP design review, drawings, submittals, field inspections, and testing & commissioning.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects with MEP focus to align teams toward results.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contract documents for constructability, code compliance and functionality.
• Lead MEP trade 3D coordination meetings and coordinated drawings submittal approval process.
• Guide and monitor MEP trade coordination and installation on site.
• Manage MEP trade material submittals and tracking per contract documents.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain MEP schedule with project supervision.
• Review field installations and testing & commissioning efforts.
• Advise on MEP requisitions and contract changes.
• Lead recruitment and development of industry talent for Clark team.
