Job summary

Foundry in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead field execution for major multifamily ground-up developments. You will own MEP coordination, drive schedules and ensure safety across installations from early stages through turnover.

The role demands strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, plus the ability to manage multiple MEP subcontractors and coordinate with project leadership to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MEP coordination and field execution on large multifamily or high-rise projects.
• Proven ability to manage field operations, schedules and safety.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct field execution across MEP scopes for major multifamily developments.
• Coordinate MEP subcontractors and ensure proper sequencing of work.
• Drive short-term schedules and monitor critical milestones.
• Identify clashes and constructability issues before they impact the project.
• Coordinate MEP installations with structural, architectural and finish scopes.
• Review drawings, submittals and RFIs; lead MEP coordination meetings.
