Job summary

Jobot seeks a Superintendent for large mission critical or distribution warehouse builds in the Nashville area. The role oversees all field activities, safety, and schedule for high-value projects spanning food & beverage, manufacturing, and distribution sectors.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years of construction experience on large projects.
• Experience leading on-site teams from start to finish.
• Familiarity with multiple market sectors including Manufacturing and Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage field activities from start-up to completion, including safety and quality.
• Maintain and track project schedule; prepare two-three week lookahead.
• Provide real-time data to PM/Scheduler for schedule maintenance.
• Lead on-site meetings, coordinate subcontractors and manage risk.
• Ensure site safety compliance and address violations promptly.
• Mentor team members and set a strong safety culture on site.
• Review drawings and ensure work aligns with plans and contracts.
