Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in construction with focus on MEP.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing MEP systems on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all MEP aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of all MEP subcontractors per plans and specs.
• Review and approve MEP designs and plans for on-site implementation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects and other professionals.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet timelines and budget.
• Ensure all MEP work complies with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve MEP-related issues.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Manage procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
