Jobot is seeking a Superintendent – MEP with strong leadership to manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on our projects. The role requires ensuring on-time delivery, staying within budget, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Candidates typically have 5+ years in construction with MEP experience and an engineering degree; travel may be required, and you will coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors on complex infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry, focusing on MEP.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience managing MEP systems on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Exceptional leadership to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and related tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
• Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all MEP aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of all MEP subcontractors per plans and specifications.
• Review and approve MEP designs and ensure on-site implementation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure successful completion.
• Ensure all MEP work complies with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical advice and resolve MEP-related issues.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment for MEP systems.
• Prepare and present reports on MEP progress to senior management.
