Crete United is seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead the sales process for industrial and HVAC offerings in the Orlando area. You will build relationships with customers, educate them on product quality, and coordinate post-sale transitions with service and project teams.

The role requires 3-5 years in industrial sales, a strong track record, and excellent communication. The position is full-time with a lucrative commission structure and company-provided benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in sales within Industrial/Construction/Service (MEP), HVAC sales preferred.
• Proven sales results and established book of business.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Establish rapport and educate customers on products/services.
