Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Revit designer focusing on MEP systems.
• Proficient in Revit and other BIM software.
• Strong knowledge of piping and HVAC system design.
• Excellent technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and codes.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving and multi-project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the design process of MEP systems using Revit and BIM software.
• Develop and manage Revit models for MEP design and coordination.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure design integrity.
• Create detailed 2D/3D designs with advanced software.
• Review specifications and drawings to guide design decisions.
• Produce detailed schematics for HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with project teams for smooth project execution.
• Participate in design reviews and implement requested changes.
• Ensure designs meet industry and company standards.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members.
