Qualifications

• Excellent technical drawing skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee the design process of MEP systems using Revit and BIM software.
• Develop and manage Revit models for MEP design and coordination.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, and team members to ensure design integrity.
• Use advanced design software to create detailed 2D or 3D designs.
• Review specifications and drawings to assess design factors and procedures.
• Produce detailed schematics for HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Participate in design reviews and implement required corrections.
• Ensure designs adhere to industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
