MPI seeks a Senior Project Manager to join a growing mechanical contracting team in the Westford, MA area. You will lead complex projects, mentor the PM staff, and position yourself for advancement into a Project Executive role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager in mechanical contracting.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and client communication.
• Manage project teams including Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to develop next generation project managers.
• Coordinate with operations, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure success.
• Drive project execution while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals.
• Support strategic planning and succession toward Project Executive position.
• Contribute to business growth by strengthening client relationships and pursuing projects.
