Job summary

McGraw Kokosing in Middletown, OH, is seeking a Project Manager to lead mechanical and/or electrical teams on large-scale projects from preconstruction through final completion. You will be directly responsible for safety, quality, client relations, project budget, schedule and controls, vendor management, and submittals.

The successful candidate will manage project teams, coordinate with subcontractors and government agencies, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team coordination across mechanical and electrical disciplines.
• Clear understanding of CPM-based project scheduling and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime clients to facilitate construction activities.
• Establish objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Lead project staff to outline work plan, assign duties and authority.
• Direct and coordinate project personnel to keep progress on schedule and within budget.
• Review proposals to determine timeframe and resource needs.
• Prepare project reports for management and clients.
• Coordinate activities with government agencies and subcontractors.
• Mentor team members and drive safety and quality initiatives.
