Job summary

McGraw Kokosing seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead mechanical and electrical teams on large-scale industrial projects in Ohio. You will oversee preconstruction through final completion, ensure safety, quality, schedule and budget, and manage client relationships and subcontractors.

The role requires a bachelor's in mechanical/electrical engineering or construction management, 10+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or construction management.
• 10+ years of construction, design, finance, and management experience.
• PE credentialing is not required but is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical and/or electrical project teams from preconstruction to completion.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Manage client relations and subcontractors to meet project goals.
• Oversee project engineers, superintendents, and foremen.
• Prepare regular project reports for management and clients.
• Mentor team members and drive career development.
