Job summary

TW Constructors is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for hyperscale data center projects nationwide.

You will serve as the technical authority for all MEP scopes, coordinating with design partners, trade contractors, and owners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exacting quality and uptime standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing MEP systems for large-scale construction projects.
• Direct experience delivering hyperscale or mission-critical data centers as a general contractor preferred.
• Procore certified or working knowledge.
• BIM 360 certified or working knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP planning, coordination, and execution for hyperscale data center projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Manage and oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems.
• Serve as primary contact for MEP trade partners, design engineers, commissioning agents, and owner representatives.
• Drive constructability reviews, system sequencing, and installation strategies aligned with phasing and energization plans.
• Oversee MEP scheduling, procurement, long-lead equipment tracking, and logistics planning.
• Ensure adherence to mission-critical standards, including N, N+1, 2N, uptime requirements.
• Lead MEP coordination meetings, clash detection, and BIM-based coordination processes.
• Support Level 1-5 commissioning, IST, and owner acceptance with commissioning teams.
• Monitor quality control and compliance with project specs, codes, and safety.
