Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking a Data Center New Construction Mechanical/Controls Project Manager to lead hyperscale data center construction projects. You will oversee vendor compliance with construction agreements and manage overall project budget and schedule.

You will coordinate design teams, constructability reviews, cost estimates, and bid analysis, while ensuring safety and quality across owner-direct vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field; 5–7 years of project experience or 10+ years without degree.
• 10+ years Mechanical Systems Management.
• Technical Project Management or Coordination.
• Mission Critical or Industrial facilities project management.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Knowledge of BIM or ACC and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Lead Master Project Timeline with Contractor/A&E and Critical Path.
• Develop and manage Master Project Budget including soft and hard costs.
• Support pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations.
• Coordinate design team activities and constructability reviews.
• Provide cost estimates with subs/vendors for scope gaps/changes.
• Review cash flow projections monthly/quarterly.
• Oversee cost/change control and negotiate change orders.
• Coordinate Value Engineering and ensure budget tracking.
• Manage all project documents, submittals, RFIs, change orders, invoices and payments.
