Batska Consulting Group is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the direction, execution, and financial success of projects in healthcare and institutional settings. You will manage MEP scopes across all phases, control costs, and maintain client relationships with a focus on minimizing disruption in occupied facilities.

The ideal candidate has a solid technical background in building systems, leadership skills, and the ability to guide teams through complex MEP coordination.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 5–7 years of relevant construction industry experience with direct responsibility for MEP systems.
• Preferably healthcare, institutional, or infrastructure project experience with active building conditions.

Mansioni

• Oversee MEP construction drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate MEP scope with owners, subs, and design teams.
• Lead a small to mid-sized team providing technical guidance.
• Forecast costs, manage RFIs, submittals, schedules and budgets.
• Develop bid packages and procure proposals.
• Maintain client relationships and regular progress reporting.
• Identify risks related to outages and develop mitigations.
