Job summary

Batska Consulting Group in New York, NY is seeking an MEP Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager in coordinating MEP systems across all project phases. This role requires solid knowledge of MEP construction, project management processes, and effective coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Management, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and experience in healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 3–5 years of relevant construction industry experience with exposure to MEP systems and coordination.
• Experience in healthcare, higher education, institutional, or infrastructure construction projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review MEP construction drawings, specs, and submission requirements.
• Assist in coordinating with design consultants, contractors, and field teams.
• Support RFIs, submittals, equipment schedules, and change orders.
• Help track budgets, schedules, and scope across project phases.
• Participate in MEP coordination meetings and document actions.
