Job summary

Blayze Group in Dallas, Texas seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical and plumbing delivery for large-scale, ground-up residential developments. The role requires coordinating consultants, contractors and internal teams to maintain design intent, schedule and quality across the full construction lifecycle.

Candidates should show hands-on MEP expertise, strong communication with stakeholders, and a proven track record delivering complex multifamily projects.

Qualifications

• Strong ground-up construction experience essential.
• Experience delivering large-scale residential projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple consultants and contractors.
• Proficient in design coordination and commissioning processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP delivery from design through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Review MEP designs to identify coordination and constructability issues.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, GC, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure MEP systems meet designs, budgets and schedules.
• Lead MEP coordination meetings and manage RFIs and change orders.
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues affecting quality or cost.
• Oversee testing, inspections and final handover of MEP systems.
• Support value engineering while preserving design intent.
