Job summary

Blueprint Hires in Dallas, TX seeks a Mechanical Project Engineer to lead mechanical projects from conception through completion. You will coordinate across disciplines, develop plans and schedules, and ensure milestones are met.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 2–3 years in MEP or HVAC design/consulting, with strong project management and communication skills. Health benefits, Costco Card, and gym membership are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of relevant construction or related field experience in MEP consulting or contracting, or HVAC design or manufacturing.
• Two years of experience in MEP consulting or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and synchronize mechanical engineering projects throughout their lifecycle, from inception to finalization.
• Engage with clients to ascertain project scope, goals, and specifications.
• Craft comprehensive project plans and timelines, monitoring advancement and achievements against set targets.
• Respond to RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Generate reports for senior management, outlining project status, potential risks, and suggestions for adjustments.
