Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 4+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and project interrelations.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team, subcontractors, and owner representatives for optimum systems installation.
• Manage contract items list and ensure ROJ dates align with project schedule.
• Participate in schedule updates and provide accurate information for planning.
• Evaluate RFIs and manage budget including change orders with subcontractors.
• Co-lead MEP coordination with the VDC Engineer to meet design and quality standards.
• Oversee turnover, start-up, testing, commissioning, and closeout processes.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure work aligns with contracts and submittals.
