PowerSecure, a Southern Company subsidiary, seeks a Project Manager to oversee large and multiple projects, ensuring on-budget delivery, scheduling, and customer satisfaction. You will manage materials, labor, and coordination across teams to meet project goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 6+ years PM experience in construction, OSHA 30, and strong MS Office skills; PMP is preferred. This role requires travel and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years of managing government contracts.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years PM experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, etc.).
• OSHA 30 training; training arrangements provided if needed.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
• Create and maintain a construction schedule and assign personnel to meet deadlines.
• Determine local laws on landfills, carting, mechanical codes and permitting.
• Ensure safety practices are followed and work is performed safely and productively.
• Manage multiple energy efficiency projects concurrently.
• Deliver performance evaluations for foremen and technicians and provide coaching.
• Maintain communications with clients, executives, subcontractors, and engineers.
• Manage subcontractors per contract and on-site requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe work site with proper disposal procedures.
• Verify workmanship quality and ensure customer expectations are met.
