PowerSecure, a Southern Company subsidiary, seeks a Project Manager to oversee construction projects, ensuring safety, budget adherence, and on-time delivery. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers across mechanical and multi-discipline scopes.

The role requires 6+ years in project management within commercial or industrial construction, a valid driver’s license, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office. PMP certification is preferred; OSHA 30 training can be provided.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of a High school diploma or GED. (Education)
• 7+ years of managing government contracts. (Experience)
• PMP certification preferred. (Certifications)
• Minimum of 6 years of project management experience in commercial/industrial construction. (Experience)
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record. (Licenses)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, etc.). (Tools)
• OSHA 30 (training provided if not held). (Training)

Aufgaben

• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
• Create and maintain construction schedules, assign personnel to meet budget and schedule.
• Ensure safety practices and safe, productive work environment.
• Manage subcontractors per contract requirements on site.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting on materials and progress.
• Communicate with clients, executives, subcontractors, and engineers across trades.
• Perform site walks to identify equipment needs and plan work accordingly.
