Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of construction management experience, preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and manage multiple project tasks.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall financial health of projects, including financial projections, cost codes, invoices, and monthly owner billings.
• Oversee budget and selection of trade partners and suppliers.
• Lead project closeout activities, including operations and maintenance manuals.
