Job summary

Staxmatic is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager (MEP) to lead projects throughout Texas focusing on mechanical and plumbing construction. You will be responsible for all aspects from pre-construction planning to project closeout, ensuring delivery on time and budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial Mechanical and/or Plumbing (MEP) construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, piping, and construction sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial mechanical and plumbing construction projects through all phases, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
• Develop, manage, and control project budgets including job cost tracking.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and project specifications.
