Job summary

CorePhase is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on data center projects in Minnesota. You will oversee installation of critical systems, drive trade coordination, and manage safety, QA, and turnover processes to meet commissioning and RFS milestones.

The role demands 10+ years in construction with significant MEP leadership, plus 5+ years as a superintendent or lead MEP field lead, and OSHA 30-hour certification.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience with significant MEP field leadership.
• 5+ years in a Superintendent or Lead MEP field role.
• Experience on data center or mission-critical projects.
• OSHA 30-hour certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all MEP subcontractors and self-perform crews.
• Oversee installation of critical systems including electrical distribution, UPS, generators, cooling, and building controls.
• Conduct daily coordination with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and controls trades.
• Ensure MEP installations meet contract documents and commissioning standards.
• Develop and manage detailed MEP look-ahead schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
• Coordinate Level 1–5 commissioning activities and support turnover packages.
• Serve as primary field contact for MEP-related client matters and provide regular status updates.
