Jacobs is hiring two Senior Procurement Managers for MEP Data Center Construction in the US. You will navigate drawings, specs, estimates, bid packages, contracts, schedules, change orders, and vendor discussions in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 7–12 years of construction and MEP procurement experience, strong Excel skills, and a track record on complex data-center or industrial projects with high-dollar values.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of construction experience with MEP procurement and commercial management.
• Experience with general contractors or major subcontractors on complex projects.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to review cost backup and change orders.
• Experience administering lump-sum, unit-rate, T&M, and GMP contracts.

Responsabilités

• Develop procurement strategies for major construction trade packages and equipment.
• Prepare and issue subcontractor RFPs and equipment RFQs.
• Lead negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers; draft POs.
• Review change orders with labor, material, equipment backup and cost explanations.
