Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. seeks an experienced Preconstruction Lead for MEP construction to drive preconstruction activities from concept through design and pricing for data centers, healthcare, and facilities projects.

You will coordinate estimating, constructability reviews, risk assessments, scope development, permitting, and early procurement planning to deliver accurate budgets and feasible construction strategies.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Eng., Construction Management, or related field; PE preferred.
• 10+ years in MEP preconstruction, estimating, or project development.
• Experience with data centers, healthcare, or large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and coordination.
• Proficiency with cost modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction phases for MEP scopes, including estimating and pricing.
• Develop budgets, cost models, and forecasts; align with design progress.
• Conduct constructability reviews and mitigate risks with teams.
• Define scope, procurement strategies, and phasing plans for projects.
• Prepare basis of design, cost reports, and executive summaries.
