Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing MEP projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering or a related field.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the applicable state.
• Extensive client contacts and business development experience.
• Ability to manage projects profitably and mentor staff.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Expand the Mechanical offerings of our MEP team's services.
• Define and execute the vision for our MEP practice with sustainable growth.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Drive business development to secure new opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team.
• Ensure project profitability and timely deliverables.
• Prepare project specifications, construction cost estimates, and proposals.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers and other disciplines.
