Qualifications

• BSME degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years in MEP design/consulting.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Proficient in Revit and project management.
• Knowledge of HVAC system design and codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical (HVAC) design efforts on a variety of projects.
• Develop construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
• Support and guide junior MEP engineers and design staff.
• Manage projects to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Participate in site visits and support construction activities as needed.
