Job summary

NorthMark Compute & Cloud (NMC2) in Spartanburg, SC seeks an experienced MEP Manager to lead on-site electrical, mechanical, controls, and fire alarm systems at its HPC facility. You will own the MEP scope from submittals to installation and commissioning readiness.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, OEMs, and QAQC/Commissioning teams, review FAT/FWT documentation, and provide technical leadership for system readiness and testing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of MEP technical experience in mission-critical or industrial environments.
• Strong working knowledge of high/low-voltage electrical systems, mechanical/cooling systems, building controls, and fire alarm systems.
• Experience reviewing MEP submittals, shop drawings, and equipment specifications at an engineering level.

Responsibilities

• Review MEP submittals, shop drawings, and equipment specifications for technical accuracy and code compliance.
• Evaluate proposed design changes or field conditions affecting electrical, mechanical, cooling, or controls systems.
• Coordinate technical resolution of MEP-specific conflicts identified during construction.
• Attend FAT/FWT as technical evaluator and sign off on test acceptance.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and storage teams for equipment delivery and installation sequencing.
