Job summary

NorthMark Strategies LLC seeks an experienced Manager of QAQC & Commissioning to lead on-site QAQC and commissioning for our Spartanburg HPC facility. You will own the QAQC program, coordinate with GCs, subcontractors, and third-party agents, and ensure FAT/FWT readiness before equipment acceptance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on QAQC and commissioning experience in mission-critical environments (data centers, HPC facilities, or industrial).
• Direct experience executing commissioning programs in live data center or mission-critical environments.
• CMOP development, load bank coordination, integrated systems testing, and first-time energization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commissioning across electrical and mechanical systems for large-scale data center construction.
• Coordinate with GCs, subcontractors, and design engineers to sequence system turnover and close punch lists.
• Review testing docs (torque records, insulation resistance, grounding, load bank data) for standard compliance.
• Develop and maintain QAQC documentation and ensure field safety and quality standards.
