Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC seeks a Senior MEP Manager to lead planning, coordination, and construction of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on large projects in North Carolina. You will work with project teams and regional leadership to meet objectives within quality, schedule, and performance constraints.

Qualifications

Strong written and oral communication
Experience leading MEP teams on large-scale projects
Knowledge of codes and building systems

Responsibilities

Lead planning, coordination, and construction of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) on large projects
Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, subcontractors, inspectors, and owner representatives
Support pre-construction activities including estimating, scheduling, and logistics for MEP
Coordinate detailed MEP installation activities and resource loading
Visit project sites for MEP inspections and commissioning readiness
Monitor compliance with plans, specifications, and codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA)
Prepare reports on MEP trades and progress to project team
Oversee HVAC Test & Balance reports and commissioning activities
Assist in development of commissioning plans and schedules
