Job summary

Darwin Engineering seeks an MEP Manager to oversee coordination and delivery of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems on major construction projects. You will manage MEP subcontractors, coordinate installation activities, resolve design and constructability issues, and support commissioning and project turnover.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in MEP construction/coordination, strong data center experience, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Office, plus proven

Qualifications

• 10+ years of MEP construction, coordination, project management, or superintendent experience.
• Experience on data center, mission-critical, hyperscale, or complex commercial projects.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems.
• Proven experience managing MEP subcontractors and installation activities.
• Strong experience with MEP coordination, constructability reviews, and design coordination.
• Experience managing MEP schedules, procurement, resources, and project delivery.
• Experience supporting commissioning, system start-up, and project turnover.
• Ability to review contract documents, drawings, scopes, and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of relevant building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing codes.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate owners, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
