Nscale is seeking a highly experienced MEP Manager to join as a full-time on-site owner’s representative for a large-scale data center project. You’ll oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes, coordinate with GC and subcontractors, and drive pre-construction through commissioning phases.

Responsibilities include leading MEP meetings, reviewing submittals, coordinating IT integration, and ensuring safety and schedule adherence in a live construction environment.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of MEP construction or commissioning experience, with at least 4 years in data center environments.
• Deep technical knowledge of critical power systems (switchgear, UPS, PDU, generators) and cooling infrastructure.
• Experience with MEP BIM coordination (Revit MEP, Navisworks) and 3D clash resolution workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret complex MEP drawings, single-line diagrams, P&IDs, and equipment submittals.
• Procore experience; Bluebeam Revu proficiency.
• OSHA 30 certification is required; safety-focused on energized environments.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the owner's on-site representative for all MEP scopes across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
• Lead MEP coordination meetings, BIM clash reviews, and prefabrication planning sessions.
• Review MEP submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor installation sequencing, quality, and code compliance across fronts.
• Coordinate integration of MEP with IT/low-voltage infrastructure and raised floors.
• Oversee startup, pre-commissioning, FATs, and SATs with CX teams.
• Track open items, NCRs, and punch list deficiencies to resolution.
• Provide progress summaries to GC and owner-side program team.
