Job summary

EverOn is seeking a seasoned MEP Senior Manager to lead all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and commissioning activities across the project lifecycle in mission-critical environments. You will coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, and Commissioning teams to deliver fully functional, zero-defect systems on aggressive schedules while maintaining safety, quality, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in MEP construction/commissioning or mission-critical project delivery.
• Minimum 5 years managing large project teams and complex MEP scopes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for MEP and commissioning from preconstruction through turnover.
• Develop and execute MEP and commissioning strategies for projects.
• Lead project meetings and drive field execution to meet schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, operations, and trade partners during testing and turnover.
• Mentor and develop project managers, engineers, coordinators, superintendents, and QA/QC personnel.
