Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction seeks an experienced MEP Manager based in Bloomington, MN. You will lead the coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection work from design through closeout, ensuring safety is embedded in every activity and projects meet quality and budget expectations.

You will collaborate with clients, subcontractors and design teams, guide Superintendents and PMs, and drive risk assessment, cost control, and schedule adherence across Midwest region

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and 6+ years of MEP and commercial construction experience.
• Experience leading MEP coordination and project management activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and 3D design tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure timely and quality project results.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate MEP work; liaise with clients and authorities.
• Review plans for constructability and risk; manage MEP progress and budgets.
• Develop RFPs and coordinate with subcontractors and the project team.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety, and project documentation compliance.
