Rudin seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead MEP/LV construction oversight for high-end commercial and residential projects at the Corporate Office in New York, NY. The role focuses on owner-side CM oversight, coordination, scheduling, and quality assurance with an emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will review plans, monitor progress, manage change effectively, and coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and property management to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• 15+ years in commercial and residential construction with substantial MEP-LV execution exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate field execution quality, scheduling logic, and construction coordination outcomes.
• Proven track record identifying execution risks and driving timely resolution through subcontractors/CMs.
• Strong communication skills with ability to write oversight reports and escalation items.

Responsabilités

• Owner-side oversight of CM activities and coordination of MEP-LV scope.
• Review CM execution plans for coverage, sequencing, staffing, and trade coordination.
• Verify compliance with drawings, submittals, and field requirements.
• Monitor BIM coordination, RFIs, submittals workflow, and constructability.
• Track progress against milestones and manage changes to avoid delays.
• Ensure safety, quality assurance, and proper commissioning and LEED planning.
• Coordinate with owner stakeholders and design team in meetings and design reviews.
• Coordinate NYC DOB permit applications, inspections, and TCO/CO readiness.
