Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini company, is seeking a Senior MEP Coordinator for our Palo Alto project team. The role emphasizes coordination of MEP systems, leadership of field staff and collaboration with design consultants to ensure timely, cost-effective installation and commissioning.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction with strong communication skills and proficiency in Procore, Excel and related tools; office location is Menlo Park/Palo Alto area with full-time on-site work.

Qualifications

• Ten years of field experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical training required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) coordination across design and subcontractors.
• Review scope of work and procurement timelines; update schedule weekly.
• Prepare submittals and transmittals; manage RFIs in ProCore.
• Support QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Conduct daily job walks to ensure installation quality and safety.
