Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Senior MEP Coordinator to join our project office in Palo Alto, CA. The role coordinates mechanical, electrical, and fire protection elements with design teams and subcontractors and supports commissioning on the Kaiser Permanente San Jose project.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Construction Management) and at least 10 years of field experience, plus strong communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Construction Management) or technical training with experience.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in the field or related area preferred.
• Demonstrates good written and oral communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and interprets scope of work in project documents.
• Evaluates schedule and procurement plans to meet installation timelines.
• Provides procurement updates weekly to the scheduler.
• Facilitates 3D coordination meetings and ensures timely information flow.
• Prepares submittal packages and transmittals for architect/engineer review.
