Job summary

Gradian is seeking an experienced MEP IE Lead to supervise project execution for facilities and manufacturing lines. You will coordinate with GC teams, ensure all MEP design and permitting needs are met, and manage budgets and schedules for safe, compliant facilities.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of project management experience, with knowledge of utilities, HVAC, electrical, and infrastructure in manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of project management experience or related engineering project deployment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing facility requirements, including utilities, process equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects within the assigned sub project group or facilities scope.
• Ensure all MEP requirements are identified and completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, address schedule, cost, and quality issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, codes, and company policies.
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project lists, schedules, budgets, and resources.
