Job summary

Gradian seeks an experienced MEP IE Lead to oversee facilities projects and line startup initiatives. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure safety, compliance, and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of project management for large facilities, strong leadership, and proven ability to deliver integrated MEP solutions within budget. Frequent site presence in Minnesota is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or facilities.
• Knowledge of utilities, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and infrastructure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of assigned projects for facilities and manufacturing line startups.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and address schedule or budget issues promptly.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and local building codes are followed; review changes and approvals.
