Wheeler Staffing Partners seeks an experienced MEP General Superintendent – Mechanical Construction for a direct-hire role in Memphis, TN. You will lead field installation of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems on large commercial projects, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in superintendent roles, with hands-on experience on projects valued at $10 million+. Strong leadership, scheduling, and cost management are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of superintendent-level experience in large-scale commercial or mechanical construction.
• Hands-on experience with commercial HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical piping installations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for field installation of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems.
• Oversee multiple projects, manage field labor, foremen, subcontractors, and onsite personnel.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, manpower plans, and look-ahead schedules.
• Ensure installations comply with drawings, specs, codes, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate interface between mechanical trades and other construction teams.
