Job summary

CyberCoders seeks an experienced General Superintendent to lead field operations for large-scale MEP construction, focusing on commercial and healthcare environments in Memphis. You will oversee on-site execution, safety, quality, schedules and labor coordination across HVAC, piping and plumbing.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in MEP fieldwork with 5+ years in superintendent roles, knowledge of medical gas systems, prefabrication workflows and proficiency with Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 10+ years field experience in MEP construction with 5+ years as supervisor.
• Experience on commercial and healthcare projects with medical gas systems.
• Proficiency in HVAC, piping and plumbing installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field management for multiple MEP projects, ensuring schedule and budget adherence.
• Coordinate installation of HVAC, piping and medical gas systems with code compliance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and manage risks.
• Direct prefabrication and modular construction to improve efficiency.
• Oversee subcontractors and labor, assign crews and resolve field conflicts.
• Enforce OSHA and healthcare safety plans and infection control measures.
• Lead coordination meetings with GC's, engineers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Manage cost control through takeoffs, planning, productivity tracking and change orders.
• Ensure inspections and commissioning, including medical gas certification.
