Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Detailed understanding of mechanical systems and codes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for construction projects.
• Review and interpret plans and specifications for each project.
• Interface with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to receive bids and ensure bid accuracy.
