Job summary

Isuitellc is seeking a highly experienced Lead Estimator to join our Preconstruction and Estimating team in Nashville, TN. This role requires at least 10 years of mechanical estimating experience within the A/E/C industry; candidates must be adept in analyzing project costs and preparing detailed estimates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience in construction estimating or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Nashville construction market.
• Ability to create thorough and accurate estimates.

Responsibilities

• Analyze projects and estimate costs for labor and materials.
• Review technical documents such as RFQs and Change Orders.
• Compile complete estimates with other estimator teams.
